Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dollfaced Kids is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if you need assistance.
